Get to Know Iris
Hi! I'm the founder of Little Ladder Consulting-and a lifelong advocate for early childhood professionals and families.

Before launching Little Ladder, I worked as a recruiter for Bright Horizons and the YMCA, where I specialized in hiring top-tier talent for early education centers. I later served as an HR Business Partner with the JCC, focusing on hiring, compliance, and operational support for multiple childcare programs.
​
I've also been a nanny for over a decade, so I bring deep real-world understanding of the caregiver experience. And as a new mom, this work has taken on even more meaning for me.

I'm passionate about building strong, happy teams in early childhood-from classroom teachers to in home nannies-because I truly believe the people caring for our children deserve the very best support.
